While risk reduction is important for everyone, heart disease is often unrecognized in women. As director of Womenâs Heart Advantage at Danbury Hospital, Susan Mani, MD, is committed to preventing and treating matters of the heart.
While educating women about managing lifestyle changes, she will share ways of reducing risk factors, recognizing symptoms early, and seeking rapid care for better outcomes at the next meeting of The Working Womenâs Forum (WWF).
The meeting is Monday, November, 6 at 707 On Main Restaurant, 707 Main Street (Route 25), Monroe. Networking begins at 6, with dinner and guest speaker at 6:30.
