To Present ABCs To WWF

The Working Women’s Forum is holding its final event for the 2005-2006 season with a wine tasting, dinner, and social event at McLaughlin Vineyards.  Morgen McLaughlin will present her popular “The ABC’s of Wine Tasting,” a program during which the Newtown businesswoman expertly guides her guests through the basics of wine tasting while they enjoy a variety of wines.

Attendees can learn how to analyze wine through sight, smell, and taste, as well as discovering the fundamentals of wine making and grape growing and how those processes affect the flavors of wine. 

The event will be held on Monday, June 5, at McLaughlin Vineyards, Albert’s Hill Road, Sandy Hook.  Networking and registration begins at 6 pm, with the program commencing at 6:30.

The cost for wine tasting/dinner will be $25 for members, $35 for nonmembers.
