Elinors House of Newtown is looking for others who understand that not all people who live in our town are affluent.

When an emergency arises, sometimes it takes a community to help people get back on their feet. The Newtown community has done this in many ways.

Elinor was a once wealthy woman who fell into mental and financial dysfunction while living here in town. We made a promise to her that we would try to help others in need to enable them to stay in Newtown.

Our non-profit organization needs volunteers and donors who want to be a part of helping families by obtaining a house to offer as a safe, affordable home in Newtown while they rebuild their lives.
