To The Editor:

This is a letter to endorse Mitch Bolinsky for State Representative. I know Mitch very well as a family man, Newtown Citizen, and our Newtown advocate in his present capacity as State Representative.

Family is the foundation of any working society. Mitch exemplifies family values as evidenced by the fruit of his wonderful adult children. Along with his wife, Mitch has consistently demonstrated what it means to put others before self. His kids model the example of their parents.

In matters of governance, Mitch has consistently modeled a high standard of excellence as evidenced by his advocacy for public education and issues related to senior citizens. Indeed, his expertise in matters of fiscal responsibility, coupled with enormous compassion, has enabled Newtown to be a leader with issues related to our youth and our elderly population.

Along with his tremendous intellect and “down to earth” practicality, Mitch is continually available to any Newtown Citizen. That is perhaps the biggest reason that Mitch is re-elected to the state legislature time after time. They know he cares and wants to serve Newtown with passion for all the right reasons!
