Greg Darling and Cindy Coen

Greg Darling of Newtown and Cindy Coen of Brooklyn, N.Y., are engaged to be married.

Mr Darling is a 1997 graduate of Newtown High School, and a 2002 graduate of Elon University in North Carolina. He is employed by Citigroup as a derivatives specialist.

Mr Darling’s parents are Kaye and Peter Darling of Newtown.

Ms Coen is a 1998 graduate of Ward Melville High School, East Setauket, N.Y., and also graduated in 2002 from Elon University. She is a finance specialist for Jane Street Capital.

She is the daughter of Marie Coen of Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., and the late John Coen.

A May 2007 wedding is being planned.
