To Do Nothing Helps No One
To Do Nothing Helps No One
To the Editor:
I would like to thank James Allen for a caring and thoroughly researched presentation to the legislative council on Wednesday, October 15.
The council works very diligently in their other responsibilities, but their heads are in the sand on this one. They did not appear to be conscious of the importance that grassroots efforts, such as resolutions, can have as a body of people speak out for truth and justice.
The council stonewalled the proposed resolution, just as the investigative committee on 9/11 in Washington is being stalled by the various executive agencies.
The victims of 9/11 are looking for answers! We all are!
All of us are being short-changed, especially our young people, by the lack of understanding, compassion, and possibly a cover-up by some of those who represent us.
Stand tall James Allen because when encountering mediocrity and the uninformed, as long as we continue to be marginalized by a powerful elite, the struggle will be very, very difficult.
To do nothing helps no one.
