EXECUTIVE LANDSCAPING 14, KENDRO LAB PRODUCTS 6: Alison Legros was 5-for-6 with three runs scored, three RBI, and earned the win on the mound to lead Executive Landscaping. Valerie Nezvesky was 4-for-5 with a double, three runs scored, and three RBI and picked up the save in relief, with eight strikeouts over four innings. Kellie Datin was 3-for-4 with three RBI while Lauren Imperioli and Danielle LaFrancesca collected three hits apiece. Celeste Villafano had two hits and two RBI. For Kendro, Christina Ercole belted a grand slam and pitched three solid innings. Nichole Beatty (double), Mariale Renna (four solid innings of pitching), Tricia Reed, and Jennifer Iassogna (two runs scored, great defense) collected two hits apiece.
DR CURTIS BECK 13, NEWTOWN INSURANCE 11: For Dr Curtis Beck Lauren Egdahl hit well. Sophie Cerreta had a good game. Katie Rose McNulty and Jen Blauvelt pitched well. For Newtown Insurance, Lindsey Greene, Desiree Rosato and Emily Forestieri each had three hits. Lauren Nute had two hits.

First Round Playoff
LEXINGTON GARDENS 7, DR STEVEN LANDIN 6: Bria Innuarato homered and had the game-winning hit in the seventh inning to lead Lexington Gardens. Nicole Cunningham drove in two runs to tie the game up. Lisa Alberico added a run-scoring double while Ally Kirk and Jen Greenwood both shared time behind the plate and made big defensive plays. For Dr Landin, Sammie Ciaccia allowed just one hit, walked three, and whiffed seven batters in a strong pitching performance. Becky Sampson doubled and Stephanie Corletto drove in a run.
NEWTOWN INSURANCE 18, BOB TENDLER REAL ESTATE 10: Becky Huot had six hits including a triple, to lead Newtown Insurance. Desiree Rosato had four hits, including a home run, while Jenny Cupero, Lauren Nute and Sam Pribesh each made outstanding defensive plays.
Second Round Playoff
LEXINGTON GARDENS 16, DR CURTIS BECK 11: Nicole Cunningham and Ally Kirk each singled, doubled, tripled and pitched Lexington Gardens to the win. Tory Marlin had two hits, an RBI, and some outstanding plays in the outfield while Bailie Saltzman doubled in a pair of runs and Lisa Alberico drove in four runs. For Dr Beck, Jennifer Blauvelt and Kate Levasseur pitched well, and Sally Tabler and Sophie Cerretta were strong on defense.
THE QUIET COMPANY 13, CHUBBYâS DELI 6: Jackie Us had a brilliant performance as a relief pitcher while Adeline Fulmer was strong in the field to lead The Quiet Company to the win. Kyala Koschel and Jenna Van Waalwijk both went 2-for-2. For Chubbyâs, Jessica Perez banged out a pair of hits and drove in two runs. Cierra Mitchell was solid in the field and Amy Kelly chipped in with a key two-run single.
EXECUTIVE LANDSCAPING 19, POOTATUCK SPIRITS 9: Valerie Nezvesky had five hits, three RBI, four runs scored, and also pitched one-hit, one-run ball for four innings to lead Executive Landscaping to the playoff win. Kellie Datin rapped four hits, drove in four runs, and scored three runs herself while her sister, Katie, had four hits and played solid defense at second. Alison Legros contributed four hits while leading the defense with six putouts and two assists. Lauren Imperioli and Celeste Villafano rapped out two hits apiece. For Pootatuck, Kelsey Cantore, Alex Faeth, Megan Graves, Kimberly Solheim, Rachel Nicolosi, Danielle Nicolosi, Hillary Smith, Christie Porcelli, Amanda Chontos, Amanda Krause, Kerrie Canavan and Jamie Marcucilli all played well.
BUS #22 23, NEWTOWN INSURANCE 11: Katie Midlik went 3-for-4 and Catrina Morgan was 4-for-4 to lead Bus #22 to the win. Ashley Gabor pitched very well and Ashley Christiano had a great game in the field. Courtney Sullivan also made an acrobatic catch on a pop fly to spark the defense. For Newtown Insurance, Desiree Rosato homered while Sam Pribesh banged out a pair of hits. Maricate Conlon doubled and was solid in the field.
Semi-Finals
THE QUIET COMPANY 13, LEXINGTON GARDENS 3: Kayla Koschel, Jackie Us and Jenn Van Waalwijk combined for 13 strikeouts on the mound to shut down Lexington Gardens in the semi-finals. Annie Lyon was 2-for-3 and scored twice. For Lexington, Lisa Alberico belted a two-run homer while Alisa Seaver was solid at second base. Jen Greenwood and Ally Kirk played well.
BUS #22 8, EXECUTIVE LANDSCAPING 5: Melissa Paynter started a rally that lifted Bus #22 into the lead and on towards the Junior Division Championship game on Monday, June 19, at Treadwell Park (5 pm). Karlie Beitel had the key hit to drive in Sara Regensberger with the go-ahead run. Michele Rastelli and Hilary Moskowitz made strong plays in the field and Gina Bloshuk had a great night on the mound. For Executive, Valerie Nezvesky banged out three hits, including a triple. Lauren Imperioli had three hits and scored three runs and Kellie Dayton had a fine defensive game behind the plate.

CAVALIERE & SONS 3, TAUNTON PRESS 2: Melissa Fracker had a clutch hit to score the winning run for Cavaliere & Sons. Rebecca Reed also hit the ball well while Kelly Burton was strong in the field. For Taunton, Sarah Ciofoletti played very well in the field while Rachel Marcucilli and Casey Day hit the ball hard.
CAVALIERE & SONS 7, CENTURY 21 6: Kristine Zadrovitz cracked a game-winning double to lead Cavaliere & Sons. Gretchen Carey also hit the ball well as Annie Hull and Marena Cunningham had great games in the field. For Century 21, Gina Fennaroli, Megan Hansen and Katie Serock had good all-around games.
CLEARHART CONSTRUCTION 5, TAUNTON PRESS 1: Caitlin OâHandley doubled and pitched well while Kristen Brassard and Laura Frattaroli played well on defense to lead Clearhart. Maggie Kimball had three hits. For Taunton Press, Sabrina Yudelson and Casey Day collected two hits apiece as Sarah Ciofoletti played well on defense.
KOSCHEL BUS #16 8, RICCIâS SALON 5: Jaclyn Van Waalwijk pitched a great game, Lucy Remitz went 4-for-4, and Molley Mathei was great in the field to lead Koschel to the win. For Ricciâs, Stephanie Sanchez, Meg Barbour, Meghan Wilson (two singles) and Tina Sanchez (3-for-3) had good games.
