Audrey M. Spragg

Audrey (Martineau) Spragg died at her home September 3. She was the loving wife of Benjamin B. Spragg of 12 Arlyn Ridge Road, Newtown.

Mrs Spragg was born in New Haven on July 25, 1952, daughter of the late Leon and Mary (Civitello) Martineau. She was the dear sister of Leon of Meriden, Arthur of New Haven, and Douglas Martineau of West Haven. She was executive assistant to the vice president and publisher of Scholastic Publishing Co.

She loved to quilt with her friends at work. She was also an avid golfer and member of the Rock Ridge Country Club in Newtown and had spoken to Arnold Palmer on the Golf Channel regarding golf.

Funeral services were held at the Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm Street, West Haven, on September 8. Burial was in St Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven.
