MIDDLEBURY â The Middlebury Bridle Land Association will hold its annual Fall Hunter Pace on Sunday, September 28, at Larkinâs Farm, South Street. The ride is open to all riders, and helmets and negative coggins are required. All jumps have go-arounds. The pace is part of the Associated Bridle Trails Fall Pace series, and ribbons will be awarded in four divisions: Hunt, Pleasure, Junior, and Western.
Lunch for riders is included, and non-riders are welcome to purchase lunch.

NBLA Hunter Pace
The Newtown Bridle Lands Association will hold the 30th Annual âFrost on the Pumpkinâ Hunter Pace on October 26 on Mount Nebo Road. The NBLA invites the public to enjoy a fun day of cross country riding in Newtownâs beautiful equestrian community which includes miles of trails and spectacular fields. Jumps and go-rounds abound over an 8-10 mile course. After the Pace attendees will enjoy a catered lunch and awards. Prizes will be given for the Best Costumed Team, the youngest rider and the âJack Bennyâ (oldest horse and rider combined age).
