Loretta Gutman
Loretta (Babyak) Gutman, 67, of Bridgeport, a homemaker, died September 7 at her home.
 She was the sister of Lillian Galeske of Newtown.
Mrs Gutman was born in Bridgeport to the late John and Mary (Kapral) Babyak, and had been a lifelong resident. She was a teacherâs aide for the City of Bridgeport for many years, and was an avid bingo player and a member of the AARP.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Joseph M. Gutman; two sons, Joseph F. Gutman of Charlotte, N.C., and Michael Gutman and his wife, Concetta, of Bridgeport; two daughters, Linda Deamico and Mary Gutman, both of Ansonia; five grandchildren, Sgt Michael R. Deamico, US Army, Lori-Jo Gregory and her husband, Richard, Michael Gutman, Jr, Seth Bishop and Kenneth Gutman; two great-granddaughters, Morgan and Amber Deamico; three brothers, George Babyak of Torrington, Michael Babyak of Milford, and John Babyak of Bridgeport; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services took place on September 11 in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford, and in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Bridgeport, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment was in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
