Mr and Mrs Nicholas Ryan Perrone

Kara Lyn Hejnar and Nicholas Ryan Perrone of Baltimore, Md., were married June 21, 2003, at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Bensalem, Penn., with Father Andrew McCormick officiating.

A reception following the ceremony took place at the Radisson Hotel in Northeast Philadelphia, Penn.

The bride is the daughter of Ed Hejnar of Liberty Drive, Bensalem, Penn., and Barbara Hejnar of Valley Meadows Drive, Bensalem, Penn. 

The bridegroom is the son of Stanley and Karen Perrone of Head of Meadow Road, Newtown.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Ed Hejnar and Barbara Hejnar.

Maids of Honor were Maria Mangini and Susan Thanel, both of New York City.

Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Perrone of Clinton, Rachel Smyth of Philadelphia, Penn., Jennifer Tenney of Baltimore, and Ellen Cully of Newport, R.I.

Best man was Christopher Bassett of Baltimore.

Ushers were Sean Gray of Clinton, Kyle Hejnar of Bensalem, Penn., and Michael Owsianny, Andrew Conrad, Eric Ruby, and Benjamin Gruswitz, all of Baltimore.

The bride attended Villa Joseph Marie High School and Loyola College in Maryland. She is a speech and language pathologist with Speech Rehabilitation Associates.

The groom attended Newtown High School and Loyola College in Maryland. He is currently in graduate school at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, and is employed as a teacher in the Howard County Public School System.

After a wedding trip to Greece, the couple is residing in Baltimore.
