Respite For Parents, ‘FUN’ For Kids

Families United in Newtown (FUN), a recreation program for families experiencing Autism and Autism Spectrum issues held in memory of Tyler Jones is holding its sixth meeting of the year April 29 from 1 to 2:30 pm at Club NewFit, 23 Commerce Road.

Activities will include an indoor bouncy house in the gym, basketball, balloons, coloring, crafts, dancing, Hoola Hoops and fun for all children, teens, adults and siblings.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Parents are encouraged to come as a couple to enjoy some respite time to together, while volunteer students from the Newtown High School Honors Society watch and interact with children in the gym.
