Nicole Marie Wagner and Matthew Zelno were married on September 4, 2010, by the Reverend Ralph Stevenson at Bethany United Methodist Church in Wescosville, Penn.
The bride is the daughter of Donna and James Wagner of Wescosville, Penn. She was given into marriage by her father.
For her wedding day, Nicole selected a cream silk satin gown, and carried a bouquet of roses and white hydrangea.
The bridegroom is the son of Marianne and Henry Zelno of Brookfield, formerly of Newtown.
Gwenn DiStefano, of North Bellmore, N.Y., was matron of honor. She wore a navy iridescent taffeta dress, and carried a bouquet of blue hydrangeas. Eileen Zelno of Newtown and Rebecca Adams of Boston were bridesmaids. They too wore dresses of navy iridescent taffeta, but carried mixed bouquets.
Robert Raese of East Meadow, N.Y., uncle of the groom, was best man. William Harris of Newtown and Brett Szrejna of Southington were ushers.
A reception followed at Bear Creek Mountain Resort in Macungie, Penn.
Nicole Zelno graduated from Emmaus High School in Emmaus, Penn., and from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, where she earned a bachelor of arts in legal studies. She is a senior contracts representative for Northrup Grumman in Baltimore, Md.
Matthew Zelno graduated from Newtown High School and Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., with a bachelor of sciences in criminal justice. He is a regional loss and prevention manager for BJâs Wholesale in Maryland.
After a wedding trip to The Sanctuary Resort in Kiawah Island, S.C., the Zelnos have returned to their home in Ellicott City, Md.
