To the Editor:
The facts are: the State of Connecticut has combined our probate courts. Newtown, Bethel, Redding, and Ridgefield are now one. Our court will service about 78,000 people. The state has allowed 3.7 clerks and one judge. The judge of probate will make six figures.
Tim Holian has done probate law for 27 years. He believes that 78,000 people deserve a full-time judge of probate. He believes that a six-figure salary is a full-time salary. Tim has served in many volunteer capacities in Newtown over his lifetime. He has always lived up to his word. Tim is dependable and dedicated.
I believe he will bring the towns together and make a smooth transition for our new court. I know he will serve as probate judge with the same integrity and dedication he has served in other positions. I know that Tim Holian is the best choice for our new court.
Please join me in voting for Tim Holian for judge of probate on November 2.
Thank you,
Sara Frampton
