Arthur H.       Iverson

32nd Degree Mason

Arthur H. Iverson, 85, of Sandy Hook, died on March 21 at Danbury Hospital. He was the husband of Olive (Johnsen) Iverson.

Mr Iverson was born March 22, 1920, in Boston, son of the late Andrew and Jenny (Strand) Iverson.

He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the US Coast Guard. He retired from Norton Company of Worcester, Mass., after many years as a sales representative and was a 32nd Degree Mason with the Constellation Lodge of Dedham, Mass. He was a longtime resident of Sandy Hook.

Besides his wife of 57 years, he leaves several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements by Carpino Funeral Home, 750 Main Street South, Southbury.
