Clear Discrimination
Clear Discrimination
To the Editor:
It is amazing to me that the residents on Boggs Hill are still complaining about the Buddhists having occasional visitors at their residence. One is left with the impression that this issue is clearly one of discrimination. As I have written here before, what recourse do I have when the town holds the Labor Day Parade or the Christmas tree lighting and folks double park and leave trash in my neighborhood? Is this type of traffic acceptable because it is part of your celebrations?
As for the traffic on Boggs Hill, when I ride my bike there I donât come across too many Newtowners using caution on those bad curves anyway. I am saddened to think I live in a community where you will complain about people coming together in a peaceful manner. Get a life.
