Rebate Program

HARTFORD — Are you a Connecticut renter? Were you 65 years old as of December 31, 2007, or are you disabled according to Social Security or a program with similar requirements?

Learn more about the State of Connecticut Renter’s Rebate program for elderly and disabled renters.

Qualified applicants receive a check from the state to offset a portion of rent and utilities paid during the previous year.

For more details on the program contact your town assessor or the municipal agent for the elderly in your town. Applications may be filed between May 15 and September 15.
