Identifying Wild Edible Plants

BETHEL — Bethel Public Library will present “Wild Edible Plants” with naturalist John Root on Friday, June 23, from 7 to 8:30 pm.

Mr Root will explain how to identify and enjoy locally available wild plants and will present guidelines for safe and responsible foraging as well as preparation.

The program is free and open to the public.
