Foley May Run Again For Governor

HARTFORD (AP) — Republican Tom Foley says he’ll be inclined to run a second time for governor if Connecticut is not faring well when he makes his decision.

And he said May 6 that under the leadership of Governor Dannel P. Malloy, the Democrat who beat him in a close race in 2010, the state is not doing well.

In an interview on WFSB-TV, the Greenwich businessman said Malloy and the Democratic legislature have been too quick to raise taxes and too slow to create jobs.
