Richard and Hilary Vojtek purchased 25 Hiawatha Trail, Shelton,  from Carolyn Swilling.

Eileen Holleran of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty sold the property in cooperation with the listing agent Harold Ellam of New Concepts Realty.

Attorney David Voman from Shelton represented the seller and attorney John Malloy of Newtown represented the buyers.
