Donald L. Chaloux, 82, of Sandy Hook died at Ashlar of Newtown on April 30. He was born in Canaan, Vt., on November 15, 1923, and resided most of his life in Wilton.Â
He leaves his loving wife of 58 years, Helen, and sons Stephen of Sandy Hook, Christopher of Barrington, R.I., and Matthew of Boca Raton, Fla. Six grandchildren also survive him.
Mr Chaloux was an avid golfer and a founder of the Oak Hill Golf Club in Norwalk, where he also served as president. He was employed for 33 years at the Perkin-Elmer Corp.
