Rev. Beams On âUnity In Diversityâ
Corpus Christi Faith Community will present Unity In Diversity with host Rev Leo McIlrath and special guests, on Charter Cable Television, Channel 21 this month.
On November 29 and December 1, the program will feature the Rev Ann Beams of the Valley Presbyterian Church in Brookfield. Rev Beams is a Newtown resident.
December 6 and 8 the Rev Dr Paul Beavers, director of pastoral care at Danbury Hospital, will be featured. Deacon Richard Kovacs of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport will be seen on December 13 and 16.
Each week, programs will be aired at noon on Mondays and at 5:30 pm on Wednesdays. Comcast will air these and other Unity In Diversity programs on Wednesdays at 5 pm and on Fridays at noon.
 Guests will present a history of each specific tradition, credal formulae and liturgical rites, special celebrations, and community action initiatives.
