Car Raffle To Benefit

DANBURY — The 17th annual American Cancer Society Car Raffle is currently underway at the Danbury Fair Mall. Tickets are $10 and provide an opportunity to support the American Cancer Society and to win a brand new 2004, Audi A4 Quattro from Danbury Audi.

Last year’s car raffle sold more than 12,000 tickets, raising more than $81,000. This year, the car raffle organizers hope to sell out all 15,000 tickets to raise money for the fight against cancer.

Tickets are being sold at the Danbury Fair Mall for $10 with proceeds helping to fund the American Cancer Society’s programs of cancer research, advocacy, detection, education, and patient services in all the towns in Fairfield and Litchfield counties. The drawing will be held at the Mall on March 7 at 5 pm.
