Cherished Family

Helen K. Hawley, 85, of Danbury, died October 26. She was the wife of the late Charles M. Hawley. Mrs Hawley was born May 7, 1923.

Helen is survived by four sons, including Charles Roy and his wife, Lynne, of Newtown; two daughters; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A lifelong resident of Danbury, she was a graduate of Danbury High School, and was a longtime parishioner of St Peter Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs Hawley’s most cherished time was when with her family.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on October 29. Burial was in St Peter Cemetery, Danbury.
