Chamber Hosting Golf Tournament, Business After Hours

The Newtown Chamber of Commerce is planning its annual golf outing for Thursday, June 22, at the Newtown Country Club. The event begins at noon with a buffet lunch served in the clubhouse.

Following the scramble tournament, awards and prizes will be distributed and a Business After Hours networking event will be held in the clubhouse from 5 to 7:30.

Business After Hours will be sponsored by Avance Esthetiques Day Spa, Curtis Packaging, and Union Savings Bank.

The annual chamber tournament is an opportunity for recreation and networking with local business leaders. Nongolfers are encouraged to join the group for a cocktail hour, including appetizers, at the Business After Hours following golf.

This event is open to chamber members and those looking to join the chamber. Tickets are $75 per person, which includes lunch, golf, and the Business After Hours.

There is no charge for those not participating in the tournament, but who would like to attend the Business After Hours. Reservations and prepayment are required for golf and lunch.
