Colleen Gregory canned 13 points to lead Gellert to a 39-35 win over Newtown Mobil. Kim Lowell added 10 points, five rebounds and three steals as Jody Rajcula contributed only six points, but pulled down 13 rebounds and blocked three shots. Holly Ferguson added five points and three boards while Jen Timpanelli and Stephanie Trolle combined for five points and three rebounds. For Newtown Mobil, Amy Proulx scored 11 points and brought down four rebounds as Karen Katrinak added six points with 13 rebounds and a pair of blocks. Laurie Bain added six points and four rebounds as Sandy Doski and Kathy Blewitt combined for eight points.
Rachael McGrath popped in 23 points to lead Colorgraphics to a 58-52 win over The Gym at Newtown. Maura Keenan added 13 points and pulled down 18 rebounds with three steals and five assists as Denise Passano chipped in with 10 points and five rebounds. Alex Heron and Colleen Ruiz combined for 12 points and four rebounds. For The Gym, Jen Thomas dropped in 16 points with 13 rebounds and three blocks while Mel Darrah added 14 points and four rebounds. Carolyn Signorelli chipped in eight points, four rebounds and three assists and a steal as Janet Duffy and Carolyn Schreiber combined for 14 points and seven rebounds.
Next Tuesday, Alpine Realty will host Colorgraphics at 6:30 pm while Walsh Logging will host Dr Gellert at 7:30 pm.
