Audubon Director At Bird Club Meeting

SOUTHBURY — Naturalist and educator Jim Sirch will give a lecture on the bird-life of Trinidad and Tobago at the January meeting of Western Connecticut Bird Club. The lecture will include video films.

The meeting will be on Thursday, January 18, at 7:30 pm at Rochambeau Middle School on Peter Road. Members of the public are welcome free of charge. For further information, call 860/868-7641 or 203/938-9165.

Mr Sirch is the director of Connecticut Audubon Center at Fairfield. He is the past director of education at that sanctuary and is also an adjunct professor in biology at Sacred Heart University. He has led birding tours to Trinidad and Tobago.
