EWN Looks at How to Create Visions, Strategies And Solutions

WESTPORT — Come and listen to how business owner Janet Luongo fulfilled her dream as an artist at a morning round table sponsored by Entrepreneurial Woman’s Network, to be held on Wednesday, February 25, from 8:15 to 10 am. The event includes breakfast and networking, and will be held at Peppermill Restaurant, 1700 Post Road East, Westport.

Ms Luongo will discuss how in a fast-paced, high-pressured and challenging business environment, it is easy for business owners to lose focus on their goals and direction. She will share how she found the power to accomplish her professional dream by exhibiting her art in Paris, France, and how this experience fostered her Paris Principles. Participants will walk away with a mental picture of where they want to go (the vision), the outline of a road map (strategic plan), and what they can do to gas up their vehicles (solutions) for their business.

Janet Luongo owns Open Minds Open Doors, LLC, and performs workshops that unlock creative power. She works with youth, women, and educators, as well as cultural and community organizations desiring to develop vision and learn the art of passive persuasion. Her new book, 365 Daily Affirmations for Creativity, will be published in the spring of 2004.

Cost is $18.50 for non-members and $13 for EWN members, with a $5 walk-in charge for those without a reservation.  Reservation forms are available on www.ewn-ct.org, and should be submitted no later than February 20th. Checks may be made payable to EWN February Morning Round Table, and mailed to EWN, PO Box 683, Westport CT 06881-0683. Include your name, business name, address, phone number and email address.

Further information is available by calling Nancy Follis Williams at 840-1220 or 846-0645 or by visiting the EWN website at www.ewn-ct.org.
