Brass Quintet To Perform

BROOKFIELD — The Brass Guild Quintet will present Renaissance Then and Now on the lawn of The Brookfield Library on Sunday, July 13, at 4 pm.

The program, a clever comparison of classical and contemporary music, will include audience participation numbers for both adults and children. Audience members are invited to dress as a favorite Renaissance or Shakespearean character.

The quintet includes Anthony Nunes, trumpet; Stan Schmidt, trumpet; Nancy Sudik, French horn; Walter Wantman, trombone; and Scott King, tuba.

Admission is free and refreshments will be served.  Please bring lawn chairs or blankets.  In the event of rain, the concert will be held in the Library Community Room.
