Emily Sicard and Trevor Nickerson

Emily Elizabeth Sicard and former Newtown resident Trevor Dana Nickerson will be married in Holland, Mich., in August 2012.

Emily is the daughter of Kathy and Walt Sicard of South Haven, Mich. She is a 2006 graduate of South Haven High School, and a 2010 graduate of Hope College, Holland, Mich.

She is an associate editor for The Daily Muse, and bilingual specialist for Consumers Credit Union.

Trevor is a 2006 graduate of Newtown High School, and a 2011 graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He is employed as a controls engineer for Whirlpool Corporation.

Trevor is the son of Jane and Dana Nickerson of South Haven. He and his fiancée also reside in South Haven.
