Are These Your Ancestors?

This photograph of someone’s ancestors was found recently by Mark Passero of Newtown in an old cookie tin in the metal recycling area of the transfer station in Newtown. “Someone probably threw it away not realizing it was in the cookie tin,” Mr Passero said. Inscribed on the back of the photo is this information: “Doris Morgan on arrival from Racine, Wisconsin, 1919, Ilion, N.Y. Rex, Age 5 months.” The photograph was in a bank moneybag within the tin.
