A Great Night At The Theater

To the Editor:

Canine Advocates’ Theater Night was a huge success! The production of Laura by the Town Players at their Little Theatre played to a sell-out crowd, and was most entertaining and enjoyed by all.

Phil Vail, the organizer and coordinator of this event, deserves many thanks. He did a fantastic job tending to all the details. Phil is a devoted member who is involved in many Canine Advocates activities.

Special thanks to Matt DeAngelis of Yankee Liquor and Stop & Save Liquor, who donated the wonderful wines and was on hand to pour during the intermissions. Matt is always ready and eager to help the dogs and never lets us down.

We also thank all our volunteers, who baked, shopped, sold tickets, and helped to set up before the event. Most of all, we thank everyone who bought a ticket and came out to support a new pound for Newtown.
