Rosalie Donahue Haffner

Rosalie Donahue Haffner, 67, of Monroe, a retired office manager for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Bridgeport, died January 9 at St Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Edward L. and Winifred Colligan Donahue.

Survivors include her husband, Frederick W. Haffner, Jr.; a brother, Patrick A. Donahue of Newtown; her children, Maryellyn R. Haffner of Cincinnati, Ohio; Frederick W. Haffner III of Fort Lee, N.J.; Kurt E. Haffner and his wife Kristy G. Haffner of Cincinnati, Ohio; a brother Edward M. Donahue of New York, N.Y.; a grandson, Luke Edward Haffner of Cincinnati and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sister, Eileen W. Donahue.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held January 13 at St Jude Church, Monroe. Interment followed in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
