SCORE Offers Free Workshop

BRIDGEPORT –– The Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) is presenting a free seminar for small business owners on Thursday, November 15, from 6:30 to 9 pm, at the University of Bridgeport’s Charles Dana Hall.

The seminar will help small business owners prepare a business plan to enhance the success of their enterprises. The seminar is part of an eight-workshop program conducted by SCORE Greater Bridgeport to address the needs of small business owners and entrepreneurs.

This workshop, Preparing the Mandatory Business Plan: Step by Step, will provide a business plan workbook, show how to create a business plan, demonstrate how to successfully meet with potential leaders and investors, and provide approaches to get a fix on financing the enterprise. Among the speakers will be Clifford Ennico, a nationally recognized authority on small businesses. A former Wall Street lawyer, Mr Ennico is the author of nine books on small business law and management including Money Hunt.
