HURD CONSTRUCTION 16, G&H TOOL 1: Mike Marusa banged out four hits and Karl Svensson added three to lead Hurd Construction to the win. Justin Fraczek had two hits, including a triple, as well as a fine catch in right field while Bill Hurd pitched another solid game. Scott Hurd homered.

HIP-HIP-HURAY 22, YAKS 10: Tim Powell was 5-for-5, hitting for the cycle (two singles, double, triple and home run) while Frank Calabro and Darrin Chisolm each went 4-for-5 to lead Huray to the win. Huray raised its record to 2-1 on the season.

BOTSFORD DRIVE-IN 22, JP McGUIRE 6: Carl Strait had four hits – including two home runs – and drove in nine runs to power Botsford to the win. Brian Trosan and Rich Strid had four hits each to fuel a 26-hit attack. For McGuire, Brennan Fraczek had three hits and Mark Svanda had two.

HURD CONSTRUCTION 18, HIP-HIP-HURAY 10: Scott Hurd homered three times and drove in 10 runs as Hurd Construction defeated Hip-Hip-Huray. Casey Trocolla had four hits and Frank Lancaster collected three to power the attack. Mike Marusa was strong on defense and Bill Hurd pitch a fine game.

KELLOGG’S 8, OMC 5: Chris Kachur was 3-for-3 with two runs scored and Chris Dennis belted two home runs to lead Kellogg’s to the win. For OMC, Tee O’Grady had a pair of hits.

JIMMY T’S 13, MY PLACE PIZZA 10: Gene Chappell was 5-for-5 and Rick Kasbarian was 2-for-3 with a homer to lead Jimmy T’s past My Place. For My Place, Leo Spinelli was 5-for-5.

KELLOGG’S 14, MY PLACE 2: Marc Adams was 3-for-3 and Mike Cody was 2-for-3 to lead Kellogg’s to the victory.

JIMMY T’S 19, PITNEY BOWES 3: Gene Chappell was 4-for-4 and Steve Powers was 3-for-4 as Jimmy T’s routed Pitney Bowes. For Pitney, Ochoa had a pair of hits.

TILFORD’S 13, KB BUILDERS 1: Tim Powell and Tom Evans each went 3-for-4, with Evans also cracking a home run, to lead Tilford’s. Kevin Morgan had two hits and scored a run to lead KB.

KELLOGG’S 19, 100 CHURCH HILL 7: Chris D’Angelo had four hits and scored four runs and Chris Dennis was 4-for-4 with a pair of home runs to power Kellogg’s to the win. For 100 Church Hill, Mike Lynch belted a home run.

OMC 17, PITNEY BOWES 7: Dave Kinglsey was 3-for-3 and John O’Grady was 3-for-4 as OMC rolled past Pitney Bowes. For Pitney, Santana had two hits, including a home run.

CDR INSURANCE 17, PITNEY BOWES 16: Bill Kneisel was 3-for-4 and scored three runs and Matt Coughlin scored three runs as CDR nipped Pitney Bowes. For Pitney, Pete Dudow was 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored.

CRD INSURANCE 14, 100 CHURCH HILL 9: Dave Tyler of CDR and Scott Buchanon of 100 Church Hill each went 3-for-4 on the night.

OMC 18, KB BUILDERS 17: Tom Villa was 3-for-4 and Brian Maciolek was 2-for-3 with three runs scored as OMC clipped KB. For KB, Matt Gee and Doug Delvecchio each went 4-for-4.

100 CHURCH HILL 13, MY PLACE PIZZA 12: Rosenberger was 3-for-4 with a home run to lead 100 Church Hill while Rich Chirella was 4-for-5 to lead My Place.

CROSS HILL 10, CDR INSURANCE 9: Jim M and Tom P each went 3-for-3 with three runs scored to lead Cross Hill as Bob Jerolman powered CDR with a 3-for-3 performance.

CROSS HILL 7, KB BUILDERS 6: Ray and Ellery Fico each went 3-for-3 and Cross Hill slipped past KB. Howie Zipperstein was 3-for-3 to lead KB.
