Anna Marie Unschuld of Sandy Hook made High Honors with Distinction on the Westover School’s Spring Semester Honor Role. Also at the school, Ashley Soucar of Sandy Hook and Elena Rose Unschuld were recognized with High Honors. Brittany Soucar was recognized for the Honor Role also. Westover School is a boarding school of about 200 girls in grade nine through 12 in Middlebury.

Katie Winkler, daughter of Howard and Cathy Winkler, was recognized as a member of Sigma Alpha Lambda, a national leadership and honors organization at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind. Sigma Alpha Lambda is an organization dedicated to promoting and rewarding academic achievement and providing members with opportunities for community service, personal development, and lifelong professional fulfillment.
