ON THE ROAD/SHANNON HICKS
Heard from Andy Spencer this week, one of the three musicians in the
Newtown/Sandy Hook band TREBLEHOOK. The band has been playing around Newtown
for a few years, at The Chat House as well as the opening concert in the 1998
Summer Series at Booth Library in Newtown this year, among other locations.
The group is primarily acoustic, and performs its own material as well as that
of others.
The band already has a show set up for January. Treblehook will be performing
at the Morris Coffee House on Saturday, January 9, beginning at 7 pm. For
details, call 860/567-3317.
Until next week, I'll be seeing you... on the road.
