WILMINGTON, DEL. — The Delaware Art Museum will present the exhibition, “Precious Spaces: Masterpieces in Miniature,” on view November 17–January 13.

Miniaturemakers from the region have produced small-scale versions of masterpieces by luminaries such as Howard Pyle, N.C. Wyeth, Dante Gabriel Rossetti and Claude Monet for the museum’s second annual miniatures exhibition. This year’s theme conveys that each vignette is a diminutive masterpiece in its own right and also a showcase for the miniature artist’s interpretation of an original, full-scale work.
