Hearing Disorders & Money-Saving Tips
TRUMBULL â Participants can learn about hearing loss prevention and treatment and about money-saving strategies during the January 27 âHealthy & Wealthyâ seminar at Westfield Shoppingtown Trumbull.
The free one-hour seminar, part of Westfieldâs Walking To Wellness program, will begin at 9 am in the Community Room near the Lord & Taylor court, across from the Ruby Tuesday restaurant. A light breakfast will be served and free T-shirts will be available to registered members while supplies last.

The program will feature Carol Caldwell, audiology supervisor at Ahlbin Rehabilitation Centers, and Charles Mitchell, assistant vice president at Hudson United Bank. Caldwell will discuss how good health promotes good hearing and outline ways to compensate for hearing loss, including the use of hearing aids. Mr Mitchell will also discuss how to save money when interest rates are low.
