Louis M.   Tedesco
Louis M. Tedesco, 74, beloved husband of Joan (Hogan) Tedesco of Whippoorwill Hill Road, died April 9 at his home.
He was born in New York City August 3, 1930, a son of the late Alfred J. and Mary (Hammond) Tedesco.
Mr Tedesco served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was employed by AT&T as a repairman at the New York Stock Exchange until his retirement in 1995.
Mr Tedesco was a resident of Newtown for the past eight years and previously resided in the Bronx, Rye, and New Rochelle, N.Y.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Kathleen Giorno of Newtown; one son, Daniel Tedesco, and his wife, Carol, of New Milford; four grandchildren, Chris, Danny, and Matt Giorno and Katie Tedesco; four brothers, Raymond Tedesco of Los Angeles, John Tedesco of Oswego, N.Y., James Tedesco of New Jersey, and Robert Tedesco of Long Island, N.Y.; one sister, Gloria Caruso of Los Angeles; a brother-in-law, Everett Hogan, and his wife, Eileen, of Middletown, N.Y.; a sister-in-law, Carol Hogan of Southbury; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son-in-law, John Giorno.
Funeral services were held April 13 from the Honan Funeral Home, Newtown, and at St Rose of Lima Church for a Mass of Christian Burial.
Interment followed in St Rose Cemetery.
