Home Builders Assoc. Has New Exec

The Home Builders & Remodelers Association (HBRA) of Fairfield County recently announced the appointment of Maureen Callaghan Jacobson as its new executive officer.

“Maureen has been a dedicated member of the HBRA serving on numerous committees as well as on the board of directors,” said Neal Berko, president, HBRA of Fairfield County, “She is energetic, creative and shares the goals that we have set forth for our association’s growth. We are really looking forward to working with her in the capacity as our executive officer.”

Ms Jacobson was introduced to the HBRA back in 1997 while she was working for a local builder and became involved as a way to understand the industry and the issues that could impact her employer.

“Since being introduced to new construction ten years ago, it has become a passion of mine. The HBRA of Fairfield County is a dynamic trade organization and I am honored to serve as their executive officer,” said Ms Jacobson, “My goal is to make the HBRA of Fairfield County the strongest local trade organization in the area recognized for its proactive approach in ensuring that its members have vital businesses in this county and state.”
