A Candidate Ready To Listen, Learn, And Share

To the Editor:

I am honored to show my support for Rebekah Harriman-Stites for her run for State Representative of Connecticut's 106th District. Rebekah has inspired many here in Newtown, including myself, to become actively involved in working together for the common causes that we hold near and dear to our hearts.

I first met Rebekah about two years ago when she impressed me as an intelligent, passionate, and honest individual who carefully listened to what was important to others and shared her own concerns and what she planned to do about them. Rebekah is a natural and courageous leader who helped motivate this citizen to take action for the future I wish for myself and my family.

Rebekah states she is "ready to listen, learn, and share" what she knows "[with hopes of implementing] innovative approaches and commonalities to move our town and state forward." I would say that she is not only ready, she has already been willing to devote her time and energy to doing so. I encourage your readers to learn what Rebekah has already accomplished and what she hopes to do for Newtown from her website: https://www.rebekahfornewtown.com/.

I have faith in Rebekah and her ability to get things done. I know that Newtown will benefit from what she has to offer our town.
