Deadline to apply for 6th Annual NCAC Grant Competition, resident artists and Newtown based arts organizations invited to apply for $1,000 project grants, application packets must be postmarked or received at Newtown Municipal Center (3 Primrose Street) by August 30, grant awardees to be announced on or before September 6, winners will be invited to show and/or sell their work during 2017 Newtown Arts Festival; newtownartscommission.org/arts-community/grants-scholarships.
