5th Annual Sandy Hook 5K and Kids Fun Runs, 9 am (Kids Fun Runs; 9:45 for 5K), Fairfield Hills, Primrose Street, $30 for runners, $10 kids, $26 virtual runners, 2,500-plus runners, also fun runs (staggered starts, ¼-mile for ages 2-6, ½-mile for ages 7 and up) for 200 children, fifth annual race will again raise for Collaborative Recovery Fund, partial proceeds to also benefit organizations selected by families of those killed on 12/14; 5KrunforSHF.org.
