7th Annual Mad Dash Mud Race First group to begin 8:30 am (Elite (4.3 miles) and Super Hero (also 4.3 miles, first responders) to begin at 8:30, Mini Dash (ages 5-8) at 9:45, and Open (1.7 miles) 10 am start) Fairfield Hills $35/person, $15/ages 5-8 (for Mini Dash), $120/team of six Individuals and teams invited to compete within obstacle/challenge course of varying lengths and difficulties, presented by and fundraiser for Newtown Parks & Recreation and Ben’s Bells Connecticut; 203-270-4340, parks.newtown-ct.gov.
