Day camp for children ages 5-8 who are able to attend camp independently of an adult, who find verbal aspect of social relationships challenging, who experience mild to moderate physical challenges, who have processing difficulties, or other challenges (parents will meet with counselors ahead of camp to discuss needs), children will be partnered with counselors for week of learning about others at camp, develop friendships and participate in activities, continues daily to August 9, registration required, sponsored and underwritten by The Collin George Whitmore Foundation; 203-270-4341, Jennifer.Cebry@newtown-ct.gov.
