Individuals, families, groups, etc all invited to register to participate in new contest that will affix original scarecrows to lamp posts within Fairfield Hills, scarecrows to be in place by October 25, public voting October 26-29 for Most Original, Newtown Pride and People’s Choice honors, winners announced October 30; 203-270-4340.
