Public invited to join Newtown Lions, Newtown Parks & Rec, and other invited guests, for ribbon cutting and formal grand opening of new inclusive playground at town park, also ice cream and entertainment; 203-426-8732.
UPDATE: The new pieces of inclusive playground equipment are place but rubberized ground cover has not yet been installed, so there is no access yet to the new equipment. The existing playground is still open, however.
