Representative from Connecticut’s programs for Health insurance, Outreach, Information and Eligibility Screening (CHOICES) will introduce state assistance agency with mission to empower, educate and assist Medicare eligible individuals, their families, and caregivers through objective outreach, counseling and training, program will focus on the Medicare open enrollment process and what to expect, with time for Q&A, registration required; 203-270-4310.
