Rabies certificate (not tags) of prior vaccination or dog license certificate showing rabies expiration date valid until June 12 must be presented for three-year vaccination dose, otherwise one-year dose will be given, clinic being presented in conjunction with Mt Pleasant Hospital for Animals and CT Veterinary Medical Association; 203-426-8585, 203-270-4210.
